Every Design Comes Already Wrapped in Our Complimentary Gift-wrap. You will be able to give your Maid of Honor and Bridesmaids their Pieces of Jewelry to them as their Gifts as Keepsakes from your Wedding Day and Know that these are Pieces of Jewelry that they will be able to wear Daily, or Whenever They Go Out For Evening Fun.

Once it has been completed Your Order Will ship the Method of Your Choice. It will Arrive Packaged Beautifully in a Hand Tied Ribbonned Box, and it Will Ship it to you Either by First Class US Mail or Priority Mail, or Federal Express. We Promise to Deliver your Bridal Jewelry Way in Advance of your Wedding, as Long as You Give us the Lead Time we Need to Complete the Work you Give Us for your Wedding Jewelry. Each Wedding Party is Different. How many Wedding Attendants, Bridesmaids, Flowergirls, Mothers of the Bride and Groom, and How Many Pieces of Wedding Jewelry we Make for each of these Parties in the Wedding Party will greatly Vary the amount of work to complete your unique Bridal Jewelry Package. Most Orders take about 2-3 Weeks.

Please, Remember as you Order, To Add the Shipping Time On to the Production Time So That You Will Get Your Bridal Jewelry On Time For Your Wedding!

SHIPPING

US Addresses: We Ship all US Packages via First Class Mail, USPS. You can Choose Priority Mail (2-3 Days) or Express Mail (1-2 Days).

A Tracking Number Will Be Sent When Your Package is Shipped. See below for Shipping Options:
*We cannot be held responsible for shipments that are lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered due to forces outside our control (i.e. weather, mistakes made by shipping carriers etc).

Priority Mail Delivery

Offered free with purchases over $100. For orders under $100.00, you can choose to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail by requesting this in your order notes. Additional charges will be added to your order. Usually $5.25 to $6.85, Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days.

Express Delivery

USPS Express Mail is the fastest delivery available, typically overnight or second day. If you select Express Delivery market rates apply and will be added to your order (Typically around $16.25 – $19.50 USD).

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOUR ORDER WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL IT IS COMPLETED!! If You Place a Regular (Non RUSH) Order, the Package Will Arrive About 2-3 Weeks Plus 2-3 Days After the Order is Placed. If You Only Have a P.O. Box, You May Choose “USPS Postal Service” and We Will Ship your Package Via the Post Office.

International Addresses: We Ship Internationally Via Either FedEx or Global Priority Mail Through the Post (please see below):

-Fedex International Shipments: These Shipments Are Guaranteed And Trackable And Generally Take 7 Days To Arrive Once Your Order Is Shipped. However, We Have Just Learned That Fedex Is Charging Hefty Brokerage Fees For International Shipments (Including Shipments To Canada.) These Are In Addition To Normal Government Taxes And Fees That May Be Charged For You To Receive Your Package. We Are Not Provided With The Fee Amounts When Printing Your Label, But Have Had Some Shipments That Were Charged 25% Of The Value By Fedex Which Was Billed To The Receiver Before Being Able To Accept The Package.

-Regular Postal Mail Is Non Trackable, Slower And More Affordable. It Is Quoted To Take 7-10 Business Days, But May Take Up To 2-3 Weeks To Be Delivered Due To The Unreliability Of The US Postal Service. We Are Not Aware Of Any Additional Fees, Other Than Government Taxes, Charge To Customers To Receive Packages Via The Post. We do NOT Recommend this Delivery Method.

Color Samples: Color Samples Going To US Addresses Ship Via The Post. The Samples Are Free Of Charge, And The Shipping Charge Is $5.25. All Color Sample Orders Come With A Coupon For $5 Off Your Order, To Help Offset The Shipping Charge For The Samples.

RUSH DELIVERY

Need it faster? We have two RUSH delivery options:
RUSH: You can RUSH your order for an additional flat nonrefundable charge of $25. Rush delivery guarantees shipment within 7 business days of payment receipt. Choose to RUSH your order at checkout when selecting your preferred shipping method.

EMERGENCY DELIVERY

EMERGENCY: If you need your order even sooner, you can select EMERGENCY service for a flat nonrefundable charge of $50. Emergency service is required for orders that need to be shipped out sooner than 7 days from the order date. During checkout, you will need to choose the Emergency service option and then let us know your situation in the “additional timeframe” text box. If there is a problem or we are not able to get your order out in time for what you need, we will contact you by phone immediately.
NOTE: (The RUSH and EMERGENCY fees do NOT include shipping charges. The RUSH fees expedite the completion of your order and are separate from the shipping method/fees. )
