Rika adores Nature, the Environment, Everything that Grows, Anything that Sparkles and Every Thing of Beauty. She has Been a Lover of Gems & Pearls Since She was a Young Girl. Her Hobby as a Teenager was Making Beaded Flowers. So, It's Quite Natural that She Should Now Turn to Making Wedding & Bridal Jewelry.
Rika has been the President and Principle of Several Businesses, all of Which Revolved around the Art and Design Fields. Most Recently she Has Been Designing Jewelry and Creating Styles for Several Jewelry Firms.
In the Past She Has Been a Landscape Designer and Run her Own Rare Plant Nursery. Interestingly Enough, as if She Didn't Have Enough To Do... As a Hobby, She has Either Found or Created Several New Varieties of Plants Which Have Been Patented or Trademarked and Been Introduced To The Public.
She Has Designed Home Furnishing Textiles For Firms Such as P/Kaufmann and Bloomcraft. She Also Had Her Own Textile Plant Where She Silk-Screened, Hand-Painted and Airbrushed Fabrics for the Home Furnishings Designer Market. Her Textiles Were Shown in 11 Designer Showrooms Across the Country.
